MEChA de Yale proudly presents the Spring 2014 ECCSF Conference on “Latinos & Health in the US” from April 4-6, 2014!
Join us as we explore how student activists can engage with issues of inequity and justice in health. We will be bringing health professionals and organizations from the area to explore the work being done to provide health for underserved and marginalized communities.
We will be hosting workshops led by community health workers, HIV/AIDS advocates, and Yale health professional students, among others. In addition, we will have keynote addresses from Yale alumni, including Marta Moret SPH’84, president of the public health research firm Urban Policy Strategies and First Lady of Yale University.
